How to Lead in a Crisis

Updated: May 19, 2020

Do you ever feel like everyone around you is freaking out, so much so that you feel like you should be freaking out too?

Well, I can say that as of late, I have and I assume you have too - especially if you are in a leadership position.

To help you stay calm  and lead on in times of crisis, I've created the following two resources and want to share them with you today.

These resources are based upon some training that my mentor John Maxwell has provided to me.  They have helped me tremendously and I hope they can do the same to you.

This first document is a list of 5 facts about crises.  Its a short read, but it will help you put things into perspective...and having the right perspective is the number one best way to find the diamonds.

The second document is great for everyone, but especially leaders.  Here, you'll find 7 powerful steps to help you and your team make the best of our situation.  These come straight from the leadership expert himself, John C Maxwell and are told through my words.

Finally, I've created this 8 minute video about perspective and how we can become better (not bitter) through the coronavirus challenge. It is definitely worth a watch.
